To ensure production and shipment are not delayed, the order will be processed once you place it. Please note that any orders that have already been fulfilled cannot be modified or canceled.
You can cancel/change your order within 2 hours of placing your order. The cancellation fee is 10% of your total order value and will be applied to the cancellation process. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.

We are not guaranteed to deliver your order in a timely manner if your order needs design modification as it will take us much longer to modify your design this holiday season.

We only cooperate with vendors and shipping carriers who abide by our strict quality control guidelines and standards. This is the reason for the delivery times below.
We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

This is the time your order in the production queue until being produced and shipped out. Our production timeline may shift daily depending on overall order volume.

During large sales, promotions, new product releases, and holidays there is a good chance that it could take the full 5 business days (sometimes a day or two longer) to get these orders out of our warehouse because our deals are just so awesome that everyone wants to be a part of them!

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available, that just means the carrier has not processed your package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:
